Illness & Health Precautions
If there is ANY chance that you have been exposed to or are ill with any contagious illness, including flu, colds, or COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule as soon as possible.
We highly recommend that you schedule your tattoo for at least 2 weeks before or after your COVID vaccine, although up to 4 weeks post-vaccine is better, especially if you have a history of strong immune reactions or generally sensitive skin. (Vaccinations aren’t required for appointments)
Due to the prolonged close-contact nature of our services, please bring a face covering and wear it when you are in close proximity to our staff when directed to do so. (Masks are not always mandatory)
We are all human, we all get sick and or face health issues, please be understanding of this as our artists are not robots and have lives as well.
Tattoo Rescheduling & No-Shows
If you can’t make your appointment, please contact your artist within 24 hours so they can reschedule you.
Cancellation within 24 hours or no-call / no-showing without rescheduling the appointment before hand will result in loss of deposit.
Loss of deposit will result in needing to place a new one in order to get back on schedule and or deposit can be reinstated for a $75 fee to the artist which is non-refundable and non-applicable towards the price of your tattoo.
Rescheduling by you OR the artist within 24 hours due to illness / emergency situations does NOT affect your deposit.
Artwork policies
Designs and artwork done by any artist is custom, therefore we do not allow photos of the artwork itself.
WE DO NOT SEND OUT ARTWORK PHOTOSAll artwork is viewed day of appointment and or you can schedule an artwork viewing with your artist to discuss changes.
If you do not schedule a design viewing all changes to the design will be done day of appointment. Drastic changes or design redraw will be subject to appointment reschedule. (This does not affect your deposit)
Deposits
Our deposits range from $100-$250 or you can leave extra if you would like to.
Small And XSmall size projects have a deposit of $100.
Medium/Large Scale project deposits range from $150-$250.
Deposits are applied to the final cost of your tattoo or can be transferred to a new appointment if you so choose. You will just need to pay the difference of what would have been subtracted.
Refunds
ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
In any instance, no matter if you are financially struggling, moving or traveling. Deposits will not be refunded as deposits are used as insurance for our artists incase you no-call, no-show.
Children
Clients under the age of 18 but no younger than 16 are allowed to get tattooed with parents permission.
18+ do not require parental consent.Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the studio unless given permission by staff.
clients under the age of 21 are not allowed to be accompanied by minors unless parent or guardian is present or staff has approved of the minor attending.
